Maison Marinelli
At the heart of Maison Marinelli is Jack Marinelli, a second-generation Italian raised in Montreal and deeply influenced by his family’s roots in Puglia. For Jack, food was never just food. It was identity, connection, memory, and the centre of family life.
Inspired by his mother, slow-cooked ragù, handmade pasta, and the rituals of Italian family life, Jack grew into a natural host. His journey began in the restaurant world in 1999, and after years of rebuilding himself through real estate, the opportunity to take over L’Ancien Four brought him back to his true passion.
Through vision, resilience, and personal investment, L’Ancien Four became L’Ancien Four Marinelli - Antico Forno: a destination where tradition meets execution, and where the spirit of southern Italy is expressed through every dish.
The Vision
